修补方法是先在被腐蚀的小针孔上钻眼,眼的深度为眼直径的2至3倍,眼的底部要略大于口,然后把HR稀有金属钉子钉入,用小榔头轻轻敲实,以介质不渗透进去。用钽钉进行修补时,在修补区域用电磨工具去除浮搪玻璃层,腐蚀部分要露出金属基体,然后钻孔和国出螺纹。把已制好的钽螺钉或螺栓和螺母、聚四氟乙烯垫片或HR稀有金属板一起安装。如有凹坑,可用与搪玻璃层和金属基体密着力强的耐腐蚀胶泥(搪玻璃修补剂)填塞。HR稀有金属片紧固修补法适用于修补孔径较大的缺陷,大孔径可达3mm,是采用机械紧固力将金属片紧固在被腐蚀孔径处。离心机在预冷状态时,离心机盖必须关闭,离心结束后取出转头要倒置于实验台上,擦干腔内余水,离心机盖处于打开状态。转头在预冷时转头盖可摆放在离心机的平台上,或摆放在实验台上,千万不可不拧紧浮放在转头上,因为一旦误启动,转头盖就会飞出,造成事故。转头盖在拧紧后一定要用手指触摸转头与转盖之间有无缝隙,如有缝隙要拧开重新拧紧,直至确认无缝隙方可启动离心机。在离心过程中,操作人员不得离开离心机室,一旦发生异常情况操作人员不能关电源(POWER),要按STOP。
